I want to thank all our athletes who braved cool temperatures, slippery and sloppy conditions, and a challenging course, to compete in the first Physically Strong Triathlon.  I know we need to make some changes and many are already planned. Please send all your comments and suggestions to me to help with our post race review process and planning for 2010.

Special thanks to our dozens of great volunteers who made sure this event will be a special memory for all who were there for years to come!

Thank You!  Jim Mishler
