Please Note:
The triathlon and Open Water Swim events are sanctioned by USA Triathlon (USAT), the only sanctioning body for multisport events in the United States. Participants must either be an annual member of USAT, or purchase a single day license. For participants through age 17, the licensing fee is $5.00. For ages 18 and over, an annual license is $39.00, or a single day license is $10.00. Please do not purchase an adult annual day license through the Physically Strong Triathlon by using the license/waiver form. You may do that, but we would prefer you obtain an annual license directly from USAT at www.usatmembership.com
Additionally–IMPORTANT–Please note that indicating you are an annual member of USAT when you are not at the point of registration is considered fraud. The annual number you place on the registration form must match your card or temporary printout which you must show for verification at packet pick-up. If you do not bring your matching card and personal ID to packet pickup you are subject to an additional registration fee, on top of the required $10.00 single day fee (or $5.00 for ages through 17). You will be informed of the additional fee at that point. We must and will verify your annual status either through your providing matching documentation, or your signing a single day license and paying the single day fee. This is for your protection as well as ours. Absolutely no exceptions.
